At Heirloom Riot, every piece we offer has been personally sourced, meticulously inspected, and authenticated. Because of the curated and one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations on any items purchased through our website. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

We take exceptional care in photographing, describing, and rating the condition of each bag. Our condition assessments reflect our expert evaluation at the time of inspection. That said, vintage and pre-owned luxury items are inherently unique; signs of wear, patina, and character are part of what makes them extraordinary and unique. We ask that you review all photos, descriptions, and condition notes carefully before purchasing.

We cannot assume liability for any damage that occurs after an item leaves our care. If you'd like guidance on how to care for your new piece, we're always happy to help. Different materials and hardware require different techniques, and we want your bag to be treasured for years to come.
