Shipping Policy

At Heirloom Riot, we take the same care shipping your bag as we did selecting it. Every order is carefully packaged to ensure your piece arrives safely and in the condition you expect.

Processing & Ship Days We ship all orders within two (2) business days of purchase. Please note that weekends and holidays are not included as business days.

Domestic Shipping We ship within the United States only. A flat shipping fee of $12 applies to all orders. Orders over $1,000 ship for a flat fee of $18. This allows us to fully insure your piece for its value in transit.

Expedited Shipping Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Please contact us before placing your order to arrange expedited delivery.

Signature Required All orders over $1,000 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your purchase arrives safely in your hands.

International Shipping We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow your bag every step of the way.

Delays In the rare event of a shipping delay, we'll notify you promptly via the contact information provided at checkout.
